Note:
1. The fee at the time of admission is to be paid in cash or by cheque.
2. The bus charges are subject to revision as per hike in price of diesel.
3. Conveyance charges will be taken for 11 months only.
Late Fees:
Late fees after the due date of payment of fees will be charges as under.
Rs. 50/- after 15 to 20 of the month.
Rs. 10/- per day after 20th of the month to 30th of the same month.
Is fees are not paid till last date of the month, the name of the student will be struck off from the rolls of the school.
Withdrawals
1. School leaving certificate will be issued only after the parent/guardian applies for the same on the prescribed form available in the school.
2. A month’s notice is to be given before the withdrawal of a pupil or else the fee for the full month will be charged.
3. No school leaving certificates is given until all sums due to the school have been paid in full
4. The school authorities can expel a student on any of the following grounds with out any notice:-
Important Note
1. Van facility is provided for the whole session. Request for seeking or discontinuation of the same in the mid of the session shall not be granted.
2. Students are not allowed to bring valuable articles and cash to school.
3. Students are not allowed to receive visitors or phone calls during school hours except in case of emergency. Verbal request to allow children to go home before time will not be accepted.
4. Every student is expected to take care of school property. He will have to pay for any damage he does to school property or anything belonging to fellow students.
5. Disobedience or conduct injurious to discipline of the school will be dealt seriously.
6. Regularity and punctuality are essential. Absence without an application will invite a fine of Rs. 10/- per day.
7. Right to amend rules is reserved with the Managing Committee ; in case of any dispute, jurisdiction will be Kurukshetra.
