A. General Rules :-

1. Every student shall be provided an identity card and he/she is to produce the same on demand. Duplicate identify card may be issued on payment of prescribed fee along with an application for loss or damage of the Identity Card duly supported by an Affidavit in this regard attested by the competent authority or an submission of damaged Identity Card. All students shall procure text books, notebooks, tools, instruments, calculator, apron/lab coat and uniform as prescribed by the school for their use in the Institution.
2. While on camp/tours, students are required to take care of their belongings and the school not be responsible for any loss or damage of any kind.
3. Any absence from the school has to be supported by an application. It is mandatory to submit an application for any absence of more than 3 days (for reasons of ill health, a certificate issued by a practicing M.B.B.S Doctor is essential) duly endorsed by the parents.
4. All changes in address of residence or office as well as telephone number of parents/guardian should be notified to the office immediately. It shall be the responsibility of the individual student.
5. Students shall abide by the library rules to utilize library facilities.
6. Student shall bring any problem either personal or academic to the notice of class tutor in first instance, then to concerned coordinator if unresolved.
7. Use of mobile phone inside the class room, coordinators, laboratories, workshops, computer center and library is strictly prohibited. Institute will have the right to impose fine and/or to confiscate the mobile phones in case of any violation.
8. A communication sent by post at the address of the student (as per office record) will be deemed to have been served.
9. A noticed placed on the institution notice board will be deemed to have been notified to the students.

B. Discipline :-

1. Please check the student's diary of your ward regularly and communicate with the teacher through it.
2. Attend PTM's regularly every last Saturday of the month.
3. Please ensure that your ward's hair and nails are properly trimmed.
4. No students is allowed in half day leave except in acuate emergency.
5. Always come to school in time and in proper uniform otherwise fine will be imposed.
6. Don't put on jewellery like chains and rings etc.
